Most novels aren't like this anymore. This book starts out where a girl and her mom are having rough times but she still has hope. She is a devoted Catholic and thinks JC rocks!! She keeps her hope until a tragedy happens and turns her world upside down but like all amazing people she comes up from her sadness and with the help of her friends and JC she is the Hope Spreader again. Sorta Like a Rock Star is an inspiring, helpful book. I would recommend it. It is written by Matthew Quick. I will try to live my life like Amber Appleton.:) True? True. (< gotta read it to figure out what "True? True" is) BTW I'd rate it 4 pinsFriday, September 24, 2010

This series was great. Its a L.J Smith novel. It had action, love, adventure, fantasy, and whoah just so much. It lacked diversity though in some stories. My favorites are Huntress/Secret Vampire. It keeps you enthralled and wanting to read the next book. I can't wait to read the final story. It has ALL of the charachters from the previous books in it, which should be exciting. I liked this series but it does not have much impact, you would forget it easily because there are alot of stories like it. I would rate it 3 pins

Book Review: A Match Made In High School
OK, so today I finished the book A Match Made In High School by Kristin Walker. It is a pretty interesting book. I would probably say it is an average Young Adult (YA) novel. It has a lot of "dirty" jokes in it, which i personally find hilarious. But, this book would definatly be rated + 13. It is about a girl who has to take a "marriage-ed" class. She is paired up with an obnoxious jock who helps her through out the way, compliments her, torments her, and ultemently is a good friend you might say. She has ups and downs with every other charachter in this story. This novel also is good because it has love, secrecy, heartbreak, rude people, good friends, and understandable concepts. There aren't many stories like this out there, but for Kristin Walker's first book, I'd say she did a pretty good job! I would recomend it to people who like YA books who don't mind cursing, dirty jokes, and real true way teenagers think.

Author: Suzanne Collins
Date I Finished Reading It: August 20th, 2010
Genres: Futuristic, Young Adult, Action, Adventure,Science Fiction.
Review:
I liked this book alot. It has so many twists and turns that it kept me on my toes. It is the kind of novel, that you don't know what's going to happen next. I would recommend it to anyone. It is amazing. Katniss and all the characters, grew up and changed during this book.I can't wait until Mockingjay comes out! It had love, drama, mystery, action, and most of all rebellion. Everything you would want in a book.

The First Tale...
I just finish reading Catcing Fire by Suzanne Collins. It was amazing! I would definitely rate it a 5. I love that book, and I am counting down the days until Mockingjay comes out. This series is completely wonderful! I am also reading the Clique novels. Zakiya, my best book buddy, has let me borrow books from her large collection of books; haha :). For those of you that dont know, I should explain what a mockingjay is. It's a sign of rebellion in the Hunger Games series. It is a cross between a mockingbird, a regular singing bird, and a jabberjay, a mutation made by the Capitol that was used as a spy. Just a random tidbit about me - I am a SUPERFAST reader; can finish a page in about 33.13 sec's :).Well, Happy Reading,
